General comments
Bij zwangere:
- nitrofurantoïne (gecontraindiceerd ≥ 38 weken zwangerschap)
- trimethoprim is geen voorkeursmiddel, maar kan zo nodig wel toegepast worden buiten het eerste trimester
- fosfomycine is geen voorkeursmiddel, maar kan zo nodig wel toegepast worden buiten het eerste trimester
NB Fosfomycine: 2 uur na de maaltijd, bij voorkeur voor de nacht.
