Benzylpenicilline : continue intraveneuze toediening heeft de voorkeur; indien > 80kg: Benzylpenicilline iv ophogen tot max. 12milj. IU.
Na 2 weken, op geleide van kweek uitslagen, eventueel behandeling omzetten naar clindamycine po 600mg 3dd.
